Checkout is set up to use a Stripe Payment Link. Stripe handles card details and payment processing; this website does not store card information.
How do I receive the spreadsheet?+-
For the MVP, delivery can be handled by email using the address collected at checkout. Automated fulfilment can be added later with Stripe, Resend, Airtable or another workflow.
Does the spreadsheet provide advice?+-
No. It is an educational modelling tool for illustrative scenarios. It does not provide financial, mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice.
Can I use it for lodges and serviced accommodation?+-
Yes, if you adapt the assumptions. The structure is intended for holiday lets, Airbnb-style short lets, lodges, cottages and serviced accommodation.
