Holiday Let Investor is an educational website providing calculators, guides and lead forms for UK holiday-let investment research.
Information we may collect
If you submit a contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property link, location, enquiry type and message. Analytics tools may collect page views, device information and event data if enabled. If you buy a paid product, the checkout provider may collect payment and billing details.
How information may be used
We may use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide requested resources, improve the website, measure lead conversions and prepare future integrations with email, CRM, payments or analytics tools.
Third-party services
The MVP includes placeholders for services such as Google Analytics, Meta pixel, Resend, Supabase, Airtable, Stripe and affiliate tracking. Keys are not hardcoded and services should be configured with appropriate privacy notices before launch.
Card payments should be handled by the checkout provider. Holiday Let Investor should not directly store card numbers or sensitive payment authentication details.
Your rights
UK users may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal data. A production version should provide a clear contact email and data retention policy.
